We want every guest to have an amazing stay. These guidelines help us maintain Mojo Manor for everyone.

Cancellation Policy

  • Full refund if cancelled 30+ days before check-in
  • 50% refund if cancelled 14–30 days before check-in
  • No refund if cancelled within 14 days of check-in
  • We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for peace of mind
  • In the event of a documented emergency, we will do our best to work with you

House Rules

  • No smoking inside the property — designated outdoor smoking area available
  • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM — please be respectful of neighbors
  • No parties, events, or gatherings beyond the registered guest count
  • Maximum occupancy: 10 guests (strictly enforced)
  • Hot tub: please shower before use; no glass near the tub
  • Please lock all doors and windows when leaving the property
  • Treat the home with respect — leave it as you found it

Pet Policy

  • Well-behaved dogs are welcome — maximum 2 dogs
  • Pet fee: $75 per dog per stay
  • Dogs must be kept off furniture unless otherwise approved
  • Please clean up after your pet in the yard
  • Dogs must be crated or supervised when left inside unattended
  • Dog bowls, bed, and waste bags provided
  • Any pet damage is the owner's responsibility

Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in: 4:00 PM — early check-in may be available upon request ($50 fee)
  • Check-out: 11:00 AM — late check-out may be available upon request ($50 fee)
  • Self check-in via smart lock — access code sent 24 hours before arrival
  • Please strip beds and start a load of laundry before departing
  • Load and run the dishwasher
  • Take all trash to the outdoor bins

What's Included

  • All linens and towels (beds made fresh for your arrival)
  • Fully stocked kitchen — pots, pans, spices, coffee maker, and more
  • Toiletries — shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap
  • High-speed WiFi throughout
  • Streaming services on all Smart TVs
  • Game room access — arcade machine, foosball, board games
  • Hot tub (cleaned and ready for your arrival)
  • Starter supplies — toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent
  • Kids gear — pack-n-play, high chair, outdoor toys (on request)
  • Fire pit supplies — wood, kindling, matches

Damage & Security Deposit

  • A refundable security deposit of $500 is required at booking
  • Deposit is returned within 5–7 business days of check-out, less any documented damages
  • Guests are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear
  • Please report any pre-existing damage upon arrival to avoid being held responsible
