Cancellation & payment

Review the cancellation deadlines, refund amounts and payment schedule displayed with your quote before booking. These terms are confirmed with your reservation and can differ by booking channel. Contact us if you need help understanding the terms for your stay.

Arrival, departure & parking

• Check-in after 4 PM; check-out by 11 AM.
• Self check-in with a smart lock. Arrival instructions are sent before your stay.
• Early arrival or late departure may be available on request, with a $50 fee; arrange this with us first.
• Private concrete driveway with room for up to six cars.
• All four bedrooms and both full bathrooms are upstairs. A half bath is downstairs.

House rules

• Maximum ten registered guests. No parties or events.
• Quiet hours are 10 PM–8 AM. Keep outdoor music and noise considerate of neighbors.
• No smoking indoors.
• Supervise children around the hot tub, stairs and play equipment. No glass near the hot tub.
• An exterior security camera faces the front of the property.
• Lock doors and windows when leaving.

Dogs are welcome

• Up to two dogs, with a $100 fee per dog per stay.
• Include your dogs in the booking details. Bowls, a dog bed and waste bags are provided.
• Keep dogs off furniture unless agreed otherwise, and pick up after them in the yard.
• Supervise dogs or use a suitable crate when leaving them inside.
• Guests are responsible for pet damage.

Included with the house

• Bed linens, towels, toiletries and starter household supplies.
• Stocked kitchen, K-cup and drip coffee station, cookware and gas grill.
• Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, heating and air conditioning.
• Large Smart TVs in the bedrooms and living spaces; 85-inch TV in the front living room. Sign in with your own streaming accounts.
• Private game room, hot tub, fire-pit seating and backyard games.
• Pack-n-play, high chair, baby gate and children's dishes. Let us know your specific needs before arrival.
• Ask us about current firewood provisions before your stay.

A light-touch checkout

• Load and start the dishwasher; gather trash in the kitchen bin or outdoor bins if needed.
• Return outdoor games, latch the hot-tub cover and pick up dog waste.
• Turn off lights and lock up.
• No bed stripping or laundry required.
