Good to Know

Is Mojo Manor pet-friendly?

Yes! We welcome well-behaved dogs (up to 2). There's a private fenced yard with an 8' privacy fence and we provide bowls, a dog bed, and waste bags. A $75 pet fee applies per dog. Please let us know about your pup when booking.

What's included in the rental?

Everything. Linens, towels, toiletries, a fully stocked kitchen (pots, pans, coffee maker, spices), high-speed WiFi, large Smart TVs in every room (log in with your own streaming apps), game room access, hot tub, fire pit supplies, kids gear, and more. Just bring your clothes and groceries.

Is the property suitable for young children?

Absolutely. We have a pack-n-play, high chair, outlet covers, and baby gate available on request. The private fenced yard and game room are great for kids of all ages. The hot tub has a locking cover for safety.

What's the cancellation policy?

Full refund if cancelled 30+ days before check-in. 50% refund if cancelled 14–30 days out. No refund within 14 days. We recommend travel insurance for peace of mind.

Are events or parties allowed?

Mojo Manor is a residential property and we do not permit parties or events. Quiet hours are 10 PM – 8 AM. We want every guest (and neighbor) to have a great experience.

How far is Mojo Manor from Asheville?

About 30 minutes west of downtown Asheville via I-40. Close enough for day trips to Asheville's restaurants, Biltmore Estate, and breweries - far enough to enjoy a peaceful mountain setting.

Is there parking?

Yes, flat, paved driveway with room for 3+ vehicles. No steep mountain roads or gravel driveways to worry about.
